The name of this association shall be the Asian Society of Stoma Rehabilitation (hereinafter the "Society").

The Society shall be located on the premises of c/o STREAMS Co.,LTD. #310 Plaza Edogawabashi, 1-23-6 Sekiguchi, Bunkyo-ku, Tokyo, 112-0014 Japan.

The Society shall conduct research, education and business for stoma rehabilitation, with the objective of developing stoma rehabilitation in Asia.

The Society shall conduct the following business.

The members shall be doctors and nurses in agreement with the Society's objectives.
Association members shall be those groups assisting in the Society's work, and who are in agreement with the Society's objectives.

The Society shall have the following officers.

Chairperson of the Board of Directors/ Director General	One
Congress President	One
Director	Several
Regional Delegate	A few from each district or country
Adviser	Several

The Chairperson of the Board of Directors shall represent the Society, assume control of its operations, and direct its business affairs with his Secretary General.
The Congress President shall be the presiding officer of Congresses to support stoma rehabilitation.
Directors shall assist the Chairperson of the Board of Directors in the direction of the Society's work.
Regional Delegates shall manage the Executive Committee with duties of encouraging membership and attendance at the Congress.
Advisers shall make recommendations on the Society's business.

The Chairperson of the Board of Directors shall be selected by the mutual election of the directors. The term of officer shall be four years. The Chairperson of the Board of Directors may be selected for additional terms.
The Congress President shall be selected by the Executive Committee and appointed to the position by the Chairperson of the Board of Directors.
The Directors shall be elected from Regional Delegates.
The Regional Delegates shall be chosen in each district and country.

The boards of the Society shall be the Meeting of the Board of Directors and the Executive Committee Meeting.
The Meeting of the Board of Directors will be comprised of the Directors and conduct its business affairs.
The Executive Committee Meeting will be comprised of the Regional Delegates and select the places, dates and Chairpersons for future Congresses.
The Council consists of the Board of Directors, Congress President and the Executive Committee.
The General Assembly or Business Meeting shall consist of all members.
